How To Place An Order
Placing an order is quick and easy. Simply browse the website and add products to your shopping cart. Once your done adding products to your cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the shopping cart page. Previous customers can login to their account for a quicker checkout and new customers can quickly enter their Billing and Shipping information. You'll select your shipping method and then your choose your preferred payment method. After entering your payment your order will be completed.
If your prefer not to order online, you may call us at 800-758-8778 and we can place your order over the phone. We also have a special Printable Order Form if you would like to fax or mail your order. We also allow customers to use pourchase orders. First, you must complete a Credit Application and W-9. Upon credit approval, we will contact you with your account number.
Customers who have placed an order can track their order progress online using our Online Order Tracking page. You will need to know your order number and the zip code used as the billing address for the order to view tracking information. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and viewing the "Orders" tab. Quick tracking links are also included in most customer service email messages that you will receive.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just call our friendly Customer Service Team at 800-758-8778 for a Return Authorization. Then, simply return the item in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refunds.
What happens if you use an item and it breaks because it is defective? Defective items are often covered by a manufacturer warranty, and manufacturers ask that customers submit the claims themselves.

Aluminum bats are covered by the manufacturer's warranty in addition to our 30-Day Guarantee. If your aluminum bat is defective, the manufacturer requires that it be returned directly to them.
Please call the manufacturer toll free for current details. For non-defective aluminum bats, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in the original "shrink-wrapped" or "sleeve" packaging.
Once this packaging is removed we are no longer able to accept returns. This allows you to receive your bat and try it out by swinging it. If it is the wrong size we will gladly exchange it for another.
