The Techzilla is for kids ages 5-10 no higher. I would use a DeMarini VooDoo -3 for 11-14 then I switched to my Aero Fuse. I highly reccomend this bat to true hitters(not strike out everytime kind of kids, or kids that get credit for trying) highscholl is where you step it up to hitting bombs not just home runs, If using the Aero Fuse you will hit bombs with a sweet swing.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.baseballrampage.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=47" rel="nofollow">dfoke</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19 Jul 2008 at 11:23pm<br /><br />My son tried out 4 bats this last year.&nbsp; In order of best to worst it went as follows:<br><br>1.&nbsp; Anderson Techzilla XP 30/21-&nbsp; By Far had the most pop.&nbsp; Hit 20-30 feet farther than the others.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br><br>2.&nbsp; DeMarini CF3 30/19(I think)- This was a pretty good bat.&nbsp; Lots of good hits, good feel.&nbsp; My son really didn't think anything was going to beat this bat until he hit the Techzilla.<br><br>3.&nbsp; Louisville slugger TPX 31/19, Exo-&nbsp; This was a great bat for hitting singles, and just hitting the ball.&nbsp; Nothing close to long distance power.&nbsp; <br><br>4.&nbsp; Easton Stealth, LCN9 31/20- Maybe it was my son but this bat had the least pop for him by far.&nbsp; We actually started witht he TPX, tried the Stealth for about 2 weeks and went back to the TPX.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br><br>This is just out experience.&nbsp; Your could be different.&nbsp; My son is pretty good, top allstar/travel ball player so he does know how to swing a bat.<br><br>Hope this might help.<br>]]>

It has a great pop and has never let me down. It has just the right amount of flex to help my bat speed too. <br><br>For bp I use wood, usually maple. I like bats by Phoenix Bats. They are solid and look great, and you can get them in custom barrel and handle combinations.<br>]]>
