One Hand Scoop Drill
Have a partner role you a tennis ball
Get into a fielding position with no glove
Place your throwing hand behind your back
Field the tennis ball with the back of your hand towards the ground like you would if you had a glove on.
Add as many players as you want and make a game out of it, get through 50 without a bobble.
This drill will work on hand eye coordination and concentration on the ball.

Fielders Tip - Keep Your Glove in Designated Spot
When coming in from the end of an inning, place your glove in a designated spot with the rest of the infielders or outfielders. If your left stranded out on the bases, your teammate can pick you up and run your glove out to you. This will also help everyone find their gloves so there’s no stragglers running out on the field.

How to Strengthen Your Arm
Long toss is a great way to get your arm in shape, increase your throwing power, distance, and accuracy. With a teammate throw at a normal distance until you are loose then every toss you make step back two steps so the distance becomes greater between you and your teammate. Don’t over do it; the whole point is to condition your arm and it will take time. Use good form and throw the ball on a line, over time you will be able to increase the length and accuracy of your throws with more power.
