It is worn under the uniform shirt entire game. It is comfortable & discreet. My child tried on several heartguard shirts & thought this was best. Pair this shirt with a mouthguard and it provides safer fun for child and peace of mind for parents! Pros: Comfortable, well made, my 10 yr. old child wears without complaining Cons: Keep in mind it is a compression shirt and fits snug.
