My son loves it!

My son has used this for a couple of months and like any training device, the more it is used, the better the results. We put a hook in the wall of our living room and he can watch TV while working out. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Excellent pitching strength training divice. Flexible set-ups for different strength levels by adding or reducing the differnt combinations of rubber straps. Also comes with a universal attachment strap so you can hook it up to any pole available,
