| upon calling mattingly they sent a new bat right out to us no questions asked.the drop 10 bats aperently have been a problem. Pros: nice pop huge sweet spot good customer service. Cons: dents way to easy my 13 yr old put two dents in it the second time he used it.it was 3weeks old.
