Great system, works very well, and easy to follow. It really helped my 13-year old improve his arm strength in just a few weeks. Works well for all positions not just for pitchers.

I have a son and we use the program that comes with the Worth Training Kit with a few tweaks of our own added. We have seen a tremendous improvement in regards to accuracy and velocity. We will definitely continue using this training in the off- season.

Pros: Cost, durability, and kids love to use them.
Cons: Training program that comes with the kit is not durable at all. You must copy the sheet so that it can be saved for future reference.
