| This is a great training for anyones eye-hand coordination, i suggest this for anyone who could ever improve their swing. The only downside is that it only comes in two sizes, adult and child, but that doesn't really matter, excellent cage bat. |

| Having used this for not only myself, but in training young hitters, it is the best tool to use when working with young players who have only used aluminum bats. Used in conjuction with HDT's, it is INVALUABLE! |

| Great tool because it gets rid of the homerun swing and you feel good just putting the ball in play. you must hit the ball square to even put it into the outfield. |
